Margo Butler joined Dicom in 2006, where she spent 11 years as an AZ Driver. She was then promoted to her current position as an Elite Status Driver, where she is in contact with both customers and the driver team at Dicom’s Brampton location. With a positive attitude in all situations and an open mind, Margo is particularly talented when it comes to understanding and anticipating customer needs and proposing the best solutions.

Jason Key joined Dicom in 2015 as Vice-President of Operations in Ontario. He is responsible for the smooth operations of our terminals across the province. Offering our clients superior levels of service, engaging the workforce, introducing innovative ideas and leading by example are just a few of Jason’s distinguishing characteristics. His exceptional commitment towards our core values really helped in his being recognized as a Circle of Excellence award winner in 2017.

Melissa joined Dicom as a sorter in 2010 and was recently promoted to Operations Manager in 2017. As an employee who is motivated and dedicated, Melissa has an excellent work ethic that has allowed her to build strong relationships with her colleagues and peers. Always ready to help and learn from others, Melissa is a key resource across all departments in the organization, she often travels to different Dicom locations to provide advice and help improve operations.

As Director of International Operations, Murray Palmatier holds a key role in Dicom’s progression. He works tirelessly to improve the customer experience and has earned the respect of his teams and our trading partners through his reliability and efficiency. In addition to his full time job, Murray is very involved in the development of his community. His devotion and performance were recognized at the 2017 Circle of Excellence.

Daniyal joined the Dicom team in Brampton almost 3 years ago and is currently Director of Operations. Following rapid growth with Dicom, he is responsible for many of Dicom’s major dedicated customers. Daniyal’s efficiency, enthusiasm, and excellent managerial skills, allowed him to be recognized at the 2017 Circle of Excellence.
